RosiataWayfair has a great selection of furniture and decor with great and affordable prices. Their shipping of 1-7 days is excellent for customers even though one of the carriers is awful. The customer service department has a team that is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, always listening to the customer's needs and finding the right solutions immediately. I had a situation with a sectional that, supposedly, one of the carriers delivered but I never got it. Wayfair contacted the carrier to verify what happened and they said that the driver left it on the first floor of my building, but he never called to notify me about. The customer service representative immediately processed a replacement of the furniture and I got it in 7 days.
RosiataRecently purchased some Workbench. The Workbench shipped extremely quickly and were at my door in 10 days. The Workbench quality was generally good with some screw holes slightly off, but was still able to use the original hardware and everything went together and is very solid. I'm an engineer by trade and a hobby carpenter, but I decided to go store bought for this need and don't regret it. Have received a lot of compliments.
RosiataI was quite surprised with the low ratings. However, this was my first purchase buying Workbench. The site was easy to search for what I needed and provided much information on the Workbench. I loved how I was able to order Workbench before placing my orderand it didn't take long to receive. I plan to order from site again since my credit card has offer rewards.
RosiataI received my package when they said it would arrive. The box itself had a squished corner, not too concerning as the contents were packaged very well. One of the pieces did end up being damaged. I called customer service to get a replacement part. I was on the phone maybe 3 minutes, no hassle and they already have a replacement part on the way, free of charge! The representative who helped me was so kind! I'll definitely think of wayfair if I need anything else for our house!
RosiataWayfair is always my first shopping site for furniture and home decor. The search filters are more detailed than other sites so I can zoom in on what I'm looking for. They also are quick to answer questions regarding specifics of their merchandise. Their shipping is quick and their customer service is responsive when things arrive damaged. I have used them multiple times and have never been disappointed.

RosiataI spoke to a very understanding and sweet customer services who both helped resolve my returns during the pandemic. They were both helpful and resolved my issues. The wait to speak to them was very long but since everyone is working remotely it was understandable. Worth the wait. Ordered from Wayfair and will continue to do so. Recommend them to anyone.
RosiataGreat company and wonderful, products quality products. Fast service and customer service is very helpful. I had one item arrive missing a part. I was told that they could send me a new product or send me the part. I had the missing part within a week. No questions asked. Everything else I ordered came packaged great with no defects and when the large item arrived, the delivery men put it just where I needed it. I would highly recommend this company.
RosiataI ordered Workbench. Easy to assemble and took only a few minutes. I am not good at this so I was pleased. Love the white. It does not look cheap. Have had compliments on how attractive Workbench. It took about a week to deliver. The Workbench came. I was worried but I will order again from them. Nice not to have to pay duty as I am Canadian.
RosiataThis may have changed over the years but as of present, wayfair customer service has been absolutely phenomenal to work with. They've issued me credits even when I did not ask for one. They're available to chat most of the time as well.
RosiataI am surprised to see the bad reviews on other website. I have purchased almost all items in my new house from Wayfair and they are really good! I even needed to change my dining chairs and their customer service was the best in the US! They replaced the Workbench with no additional cost and made sure the process was easy on me. I'll definitely keep shopping with them!
RosiataI've boycotted Walmart and Amazon for being billionaire-centric instead of paying a living wage. This store is an awesome alternative. I finally needed their customer service and they far exceeded my expectations there as well.

RosiataNot sure of the low score on this company my 1st interaction with them was superb from the website where I shopped to the pricing and the delivery was so fast I couldn't believe it packaged securely and exactly what I expect from the website pictures I'll reccomend them with no problem plan to shop with them as needed things do occur an I had no issues with my 1st purchase if it changes down the way I'll update the rating
RosiataI needed furniture for my new apartment, so I ordered two Workbench for my house, as well as a bed and mattress for my bedroom. I also ordered two sets of dishes, cloth napkins, and placemats for the kitchen. I have nothing but glowing remarks for Wayfair. Quality of everything is AMAZING, and it was all delivered on time--some even earlier than expected! I highly recommend their products and appreciate the awesome customer service!

RosiataSelection says it all no matter which room were shopping for it always comes back to wayfair. We've bought a Workbench and to many small items to list through Wayfair. The standard shipping or drop delivery for big items it has always gone great that gives me piece of mind not having to worry about lost items. I'll keep shopping through Wayfair because it's easy, safe and the prices are very fair.
RosiataAfter reading the bad reviews, I got pretty nervous about calling to request a replacement part that had come damaged. Despite a little bit of a wait, customer service was super quick and friendly and got a replacement part shipped out in the next two days. The Workbench was fairly low quality, but I paid a low price, so I can't really complain about that. Looks fine, just cheap materials. I'm sure the more expensive Workbench are nicer. Anyway, thought it was worth leaving a good review about customer service since it seems they might be stepping it up!

In fact, a neighbor asked for advice on using Wayfair on my neighborhood website and got 16 positive comments from different people about how good each of their experiences were. I personally had an item delivered damaged, and Wayfair sent another one immediately with no questions.
RosiataThe Quality of Workbench I have purchased from wayfair has always been great but I was worried making a large purchase without being able to touch it first... but we worried for nothing. Very happy. Shipping takes a while on this one so plan accordingly.
RosiataI'm using them more and more these days. The pricing is decent for household goods (interior and exterior), their options seem endless, and they provide quality products. If you like online shopping. I think you will like Wayfair. A good online source.
